The expenses consist of :

• Doctor fee for obstetrician , pediatrician and anesthetist

• Fee of delivery room , operate room and nurse aids surgeon

• Medical equipment, operation room, equipment and operation anesthetic or spinal anesthetic.

• Deluxe Room  for mother 72 hours including meals and nursing services.

• Room for newborn baby and 72 – hour nursing services

• Medical supplies and medicines for non complication case , excluding medicines to home

• Necessary laboratory examination for mother such as CBC and heart ultrasound

• Necessary laboratory examination for new born baby as ABO gr., Rh , screening PKU and vaccines for the baby such as BCG and Hepatitis B (first)

• Blood reservation fee of 1 unit

• Gift set for the baby and Birth certificate

The package price excludes :

• In case of staying in the hospital beyond 48 hours , the expenses will be calculated according to the actual with 10% discount in room rate and medicines

• In case of delivery of healthy twins without any complication , 6,000 baht will be additionally charged for the second twins. The babies will stay in the baby room according to the package program (excluding the twin with premature labor)

• In case that the baby is suffered from the complication but such complication does not affect the mother , 6,000 Baht will be deducted the package program for the expense of baby and pediatrician while all expense will be calculated according to the actual cost with 10%

• If the mother is suffered from the delivery complication exp. Toxemia of pregnancy , bleeding during pregnancy , postpartum hemorrhage , complicate twin pregnancy the delivery according to package program will be unavailable. Therefore ,the expense will be calculated according to the actual cost with 10%

• The package does not cover the case where the mother is suffered from medical complication , which requires addition treatment such as cancer , lung disease , heart disease , diabetes or spinal surgery will be deducted the package program for the expense of baby and pediatrician while all expense will be calculated according to the actual cost with 10%

• The sterilization will be 3,000 Baht. additionally charged.

• The appendix operation will be 3,000 Baht. additionally charged

• The Cystectomy  will be 3,000 Baht. additionally charged

• The sterilization and appendix operation or sterilization  and Cystectomy or appendix operation and Cystectomy will be 5,000 Baht additionally charged.

• The sterilization , appendix operation and Cystectomy will be 7,000 Baht additionally charged.

• The package exclude expenses occur during antenatal period

• Room private expenses such as beverages , telephone and meal of relatives will be normally calculated.

• The package does not cover TUBIGRIP and Blue pad ( It more than 3 pads)

• The discount provided for the companies , insurance companies B.care card and discount coupon cannot be used with the package.
